Pattern Recognition Lab Members win First Place in SynthRAD2025 Challenge
Siyuan Mei (member of LME), Prof. Dr. Ing. Yan Xia (former member of LME), and Dr. Fuxin Fan (former member of LME) achieved excellent results in the MICCAI SynthRAD2025 Challenge. The team ranked 1st in Task 2 (CBCT-to-CT synthesis) and 4th in Task 1 (MRI-to-CT synthesis). The challenge involved 673 participants, with 15 teams completing all phases. The team has been invited to present their work at the joint SASHIMI and SynthRAD workshop and will receive the award at the MICCAI 2025 conference in Daejeon, Korea.
