New PhD Student: Melika Qahqaie
Melika Qahqaie received her Master’s degree in Medical Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. In December 2024, she joined the Pattern Recognition Lab as a Ph.D. candidate under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Andreas Maier. Her research, conducted in collaboration with Siemens Healthineers in Erlangen, focuses on the automated longitudinal assessment of tumor burden.
