Computed Tomography using the Extended Line-Ellipse-Line Trajectory on a Robotic C-arm System
Her dissertation focuses on advancing the performance of 3-D angiographic C-arm systems by introducing a novel data acquisition trajectory that enables stable and theoretically exact reconstruction. During her defense, she presented the trajectory’s geometrical design, the corresponding reconstruction algorithm, and results from its first implementation on a state-of-the-art C-arm system.
