New PhD student
Chang Liu joined Pattern Recognition Lab from March 2020 as a PhD candidate under the supervision of Prof. Andreas Maier.
He completed his Masters in Medical Engineering from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Erlangen, Germany. The topic of his thesis was “Automatic Breast Segmentation for Individualized Diagnostics”.
His research will focus on Automatic exposure control (AEC) for CT and deep learning. His research interests are CT dose estimation and deep learning.
